I can't understand whether I can judge by myself or not at company.
In other words, I don't know what things I can judge by myself.
So, I intend to take my boss's advice.
But I think it is not good to hear all of the time.
The reason I can't judge by myself is that I am lacking self-esteem.
I hear a lot that it is very important to have the confidence for working.
To have the confidence, I have to work a lot and get into the experience!
