ふと、英語で電話がかかってきたとき、対応できるかなぁ、と思っちゃいましたので。
●席はずし
A:"I'd like to talk to Mr. Kawakami."
B"I'm afraid he is away from his desk at the moment."
（ちょっと席をはずしています）
B:"May I take the message?"
（ご伝言を承りますが？）
A:"No, thank you. Please tell him to call me back later(/when he gets back)?"
B:"Okey, I will ask him to call you."
●出張中
A:"Excuse me, but he is on a business trip.
B:"Could you tell me when he will come back?"
A:"He will be returning from this trip in China next week."
（来週戻ってくる予定です）
A:"On his return, I will ask him to call you."
●席はずし
A:"I'd like to talk to Mr. Kawakami."
