"Would you rent a new flat(=apartment) for your two children?"
確かにそうなんだけどちょっと、という場合、、、
・・・に悩んでいるんだよね。
●"What bothers me is whether of not we can find an available apartment close to here."
・・・だと思うんだけど。
●"I'm afraid my children don't need their own rooms."
・・・かわからないからね･･･。
●"I don't see how we can get an new apartment close to the JR station..."
そうだね、でも・・・。
●"Yes, but I'm concerned about the money."
そうかもね。でも・・・。
●"Possibly, but my family and I like this room."
確かにそうなんだけどちょっと、という場合、、、
