今日は野球の話をしました。日本の野球はよく見ますが、メジャーはよくわかりません。だから英語の野球用語はよくわかりません。
I am more interested in Japanese Baseball than Major League one.
So, I don't know about the words of baseball in English.
●延長
If the game is extended there is a possibility to miss a train.
●～に負ける
Dragons lost to Carp the day before.
●6連勝する
Dragons sweeped the six-game.
●三振
strike out
●球が伸びる
Matsuzaka's balls seem like rising from the batter's view, so it is hard to hit.
●対戦相手を聞く場合には？
"Who are they (Dragons) going to play next Thursday?" "Opponent is Yakult"
