喫茶店などに行った。でも、一時間たっても食事が出てこないことを想像してみてください。
Imagine that if you have the rude treatment in a restaurant,,,
for example you have been waiting for an hour to have dinner...
こういうときには、以下の用語を使うようです。
1. Can you explain why I cannot eat. I'm waiting for an hour?
2. I don't understand why you cannot put on a meal for an hour?
3. How come you don't serve me?
が、上の言い方は結構きついので、よく行く店では、やわらかい言い方をすべきでしょう。
But, there phrases are very agressive.
So, if you'll continually go to the restaurant, you should not use this phrases.
You have to use "Excuse me" or "I'm sorry (to bother you)" in front of the above phrases.
For example,
1-1. Excuse me, but can you explain why...
2-1. I'm sorry, I don't understand why...
3-1. Perdon me, how come you don't serve me?
