If you would not like to hurt someone's herat to say no, you have to say no tactfully.

"Let's go out for drinking!"

"I'm not keen on drinking, because my stomach is not good for drinking. I'd prefer going for dinner."

"Ok, so let's go to a classic concert next week!"

"Because I don't know about music,I don't particularly like to go to a classic concert. I'd rather go to the Green Day's concert next month!"

"It sounds good, so please get the tickets!"

"Ok, no problem. Anyway, let's go for drinking coffee, because I am a little tired"

"It's not my idea of drinking coffee. I'd really much rather have some sweets."
